1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentBangerz.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have guardian consent if under 18) and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. License — Not Ownership

You are purchasing a license, not ownership of the copyright.

• Non-Exclusive License ($25): Grants you the right to use the beat in your own projects. The beat remains available for others to license. You own your vocals and lyrics; the underlying beat remains the property of AgentBangerz.
• Premium Lease ($99.99): Enhanced license with broader usage rights. Beat remains in the catalog for others.
• Exclusive License ($250): Sole usage rights — the beat is retired from our catalog after your purchase. You own your vocals, lyrics, and the finished song. The underlying composition copyright remains with AgentBangerz unless a separate buyout agreement is signed.
• AI Track ($1.25): You receive a license to use the downloaded song. The underlying composition remains the property of AgentBangerz.
• Full Album ($15.95): You receive a license to download and use all album tracks. The underlying compositions remain the property of AgentBangerz.

AgentBangerz retains full ownership and copyright of every beat, instrumental, and composition we create. What you purchase is a license to use that music in your own projects.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments (Wix). We do not store your card information.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for non-delivery or defective files, or where otherwise agreed in writing.
• If you experience a delivery failure, contact us and we will re-deliver your files or issue a refund.
• Subscriptions ($2.99/month) can be canceled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Permitted Use

With your license, you may:

• Record vocals over the beat and distribute the resulting song.
• Use the music in videos, social media posts, and live performances.
• Use the music for commercial projects (ads, films, streaming) subject to your license tier.
• Download and store your purchased files for personal and commercial use.

5. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beat or instrumental as a standalone product.
• Claim copyright ownership of the underlying composition or beat.
• Register the beat with a PRO (BMI, ASCAP, etc.) as your own composition.
• Use the music in content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity.
• Share your download links or files with others who have not purchased a license.

6. Intellectual Property

All beats, compositions, lyrics, AI tracks, album art, and creative content on AgentBangerz.com are the intellectual property of Willie J. Farrow III (AgentB1) and AgentBangerz, unless otherwise stated. BMI registration #550462154. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentBangerz.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
